tinnitus problems …. please help!?

Hello everyone. He had a very strong melody / roaring in my ears for about a week. Let me explain my situation. A week ago, I woke up and could not hear anything. I thought it was wax buildup, so I tried to put the extraction ear wax in my ear about it. It did not work, I went to remove a doctor. A day or two later, I began to get the dial tone. I can not sleep more peacefully. Walkmans/mp3s I used over the past 15 years with absolutely no problem. Is this the cause of this sound so horrible? I also read Some birth control pills can cause a good, and I was on Ortho for 2 months. I have the intention to see another doctor soon, but this is something that I alone live with it? It could also be related to stress, but I've never had this problem before when I was stressed.

A couple of things come to mind. The first is that you had damaged your eardrum wax but try to eliminate it. You (or your doctor) to paste anything there that could damage them? The second thing is that you can have an ear infection or throat. Do you have a temperature all? Any pain in the ear or throat? A headache? It was the loss of Hearing you live in one ear? I did a quick check of the causes of sudden hearing loss and tinnitus and have found 22 possible causes (this probably is not exhaustive.)
