My friend has tinnitus (ringing in the ears) there is nothing to cure this?

He has tried different vitamins and medications, but nothing seems to stop ringing. Any help, Thanks!

Hello There is no cure for tinnitus, I'm afraid. It is actually a symptom of something else that cause the effects you are having his friend. I have a similar symptom, but it is not tinnitus, but do not understand how it can be frustrating.
