blocking with tinnitus?

Unfortunately, I have recently been diagnosed with tinnitus due to exposure to my iPod. Thus, the whistle constant is quite annoying. But I've also started recently experienced periods of freezing and a light Beat in my ear on occasion. Is it useful to return the doctor for a check? As far as I know they have not found a symptom related to this exhibition to an iPod. Anyway, any help would be appreciated with this.

Im no doctor, but blocking and stabbing may be related to the accumulation of wax, which in turn causes the pressure in the ears. I an accident once and it caused the same to you, to my MP3 player to handle high-wax (build when it comes to protecting the eardrum), the water hit doc released in my ear to remove wax and I can hear clearly again. Ask your doctor can syringe your ears (do not worry its not painful it may seem)
